Proficiency in People Management skills and building high performance teams from ground up, while working on innovative and transformative solutions for clients across the globe.- Defining the technology roadmap in the areas of Private Networks (LTE/5G), Next Generation OSS, Network Automation and Network Testing & its performance.
- Leading the setup of \xe2\x80\x9cConnectivity of Tomorrow\xe2\x80\x9d CoE with transformative solutions on Private Wireless (link), Network Testing & System Orchestration
- Leading the global partner strategy to develop and maintain key relationships and monitor lead generation in the BU\'s defined focus areas.
- Spearheading the M&A due diligence process with target identification, & defining synergies with prospective targets.
