To demonstrate ability to liaise with regulatory authorities for all utility services & ensure compliance to life and fire safety regulations. Including building utilities which includes Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Civil, Fire Detection, PA system etc.
To ensure NABH & JCI compliance & quality audits.
To review and monitor patient priorities & take necessary action
To ensure planned and timely progress and completion of commissioning activities.
To ensure timely action on trouble shooting of equipment.
To ensure drawings and time schedules are followed.
To ensure planned and predictive maintenance systems are in place.
To ensure timely Quality Audit, electrical and fire safety audits
Provide training and guidance to subordinates.
To plan & budget for maintenance activities and operate within budgeted costs.
To ensure minimum downtime for all utilities.
To ensure adequate spares inventory level in the stores.
To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices.
To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
To comply with patient safety policy.
Timely installation, commissioning and taking over of Building Utilities equipment at hospital project.
Cost of maintenance - within 4% of capital cost (or as agreed) on an annual basis.
Maintenance of equipment with minimum down time - 98% up time (or as agreed).
Cost of utilities within agreed/budgeted costs. To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
