• Objectives:
• To drive engineering and design activities in industrial refrigeration business for Food, Process, Oil & Gas sectors.
• Lead Engineering Team through mentoring, monitoring design and detailing and engagement with internal and external customers.
• Oversee and Handle the Engineering & Estimation Team.
• Support to SCM through Vendor connect.
• Liaison with overseas offices for support when required.
• Key Deliverables:
• Basic engineering and estimation support to Sales
• Detailed Engineering, Drawings and Documentation after receipt of order.
• Training
• Trouble shooting support to Service team
• Key Responsibilities:
• Overall monitoring of engineering team to meet committed timelines.
• Closely working with estimation to develop procedures and methods for providing correct and timely support to Sales.
• Interacting with customers, consultants for design and drawing approvals.
• Interacting with vendors and keeping connected with Preferred Suppliers.
• Closely interacting with internal teams to streamline the assembly activity.

Experience & Qualification * Over 15 years of experience in Engineering with at least 5years as a team leader.

• Postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Refrigeration / Heat Transfer with in depth knowledge of large and complex industrial refrigeration systems.
• Conversant with ASME. TEMA, ASHRAE, IIAR, API standards.
• Familiar with ISO Standards and other quality procedures.
• Experience to handle HTRI, PV Elite or equivalent software for thermal and mechanical design of heat exchangers.
• Knowledge about PLC based supervisory control systems.
• Must be familiar with OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs and be able to coordinate with internal or external compliance engineering resources as needed.
