Areas of Responsibility

• To lead for engineering function for entire site including project planning, execution and maintenance etc. for both Pharma OSD & Injectable block.
• Plant process equipment\'s procurement & coordination for OSD / injectable facility.
• Coordination with consultant & commercial team for equipment\'s purchase & related planning\'s to move equipment\'s as required.
• Handle and lead all engineering projects independently.
• Currently leading engineering function for a big pharma Manufacturing site.
• preparation of monthly engineering reports and effective monitoring of energy resources for reducing energy cost and monitored the manpower and accurate utilization for completing departmental tasks
• Mentor and motivate the site team for energy conservation and safety related concerns.
• Ensure trouble free operation of utility and engineering facility.
• Ensuring compliance to engineering regulatory in the manufacturing facility
• Ensure compliance to QMS procedures.
• Monitoring of budget OPEX & CAPEX both for timely completion & with in the agreed budget in co-ordination with finance controller.
• Technical dealing with various government agencies for legal requirement compliance.

Travel Estimate
Position is based out of Dewas SGO and has no travel requirements

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
B.E / M.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical).
MBA will be added advantage.
