Role Overview
We are seeking an
experienced, result-oriented General Manager
to lead
Sales, Marketing, and Operations
for our educational institution. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in driving
admissions growth, operational efficiency, and overall business performance
.
This position is best suited for a
hands-on leader
who understands the education market, works with clear targets, and can align teams towards measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
Design and execute
admission-driven sales and marketing strategies
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual
revenue & enrollment targets
Manage and monitor
lead generation, counselling, and conversion funnels
Plan and oversee
digital & offline marketing campaigns
Build institutional partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and agencies
Operations Management
Oversee
day-to-day academic, administrative, and operational activities
Ensure smooth coordination between
marketing, counselling, admin, and academic teams
Implement SOPs to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality
Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and quality standards
Leadership & Reporting
Lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams
Set targets, track performance, and conduct regular reviews
Prepare MIS reports and present insights to management
Identify growth opportunities and process improvements
Candidate Requirements
Master's Degree
in Management / Marketing / Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience
in
sales, marketing, and operations within the education sector
Proven track record in
target achievement and team leadership
Strong understanding of
education admissions, counselling, and marketing funnels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Strategic thinker with strong execution and problem-solving ability
