Manager - Business Development

. The role focuses on expanding market presence, developing dealer/distributor networks, and driving sales growth. Candidates with prior experience in electric vehicles, hybrid bikes, automobiles, or related industries will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to promote E-Hybrid Bikes Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, and channel partners Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, service) to ensure smooth execution Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings when required
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

in Business Development / Sales Prior experience in

E-Hybrid, Electric Vehicles, Automobiles, or Two-Wheeler industry

is highly preferred Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to build dealer networks and manage B2B relationships Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
