Hello Candidates . We are South Delhi based 4 Star Boutique hotel. We have our branches in Shimla, New Delhi, Goa.

We are looking to hire General manager for all our unit. The head office is in New Delhi. We dont provide accomodation.

The candidate needs to have hotel sales experience .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand the company's customer base. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and training to improve their performance. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture focused on exceeding targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?32,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
