Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Operations & Leadership
Oversee all daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments (production, sales, inventory, store, logistics, finance, HR, etc.).
Act as the
primary decision-maker
in the owner's absence.
Monitor workflows, resolve issues quickly, and ensure company standards are maintained.
Lead daily/weekly team meetings and coordinate between departments.
2. Staff Management & Coordination
Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees across different teams.
Ensure productivity, discipline, and performance standards are consistently met.
Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new employees.
Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive work culture.
3. Business Development & Process Improvement
Identify growth opportunities and support the owner in strategic planning.
Implement new ideas, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
4. Store & Inventory Management
Oversee store operations including stock levels, order processing, and vendor coordination.
Ensure timely procurement and maintain accurate inventory records.
Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
5. Financial Oversight
Assist with budgeting, planning, and cost control.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
6. Owner Support & Confidential Responsibilities
Act as the
trusted representative
of the owner in all business-related matters.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide regular updates, insights, and reports to the owner.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
(MBA preferred)

Proven experience
(5-10+ years)
in operations, general management, or leadership roles.
Strong understanding of business processes and multi-department coordination.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to take ownership, make responsible decisions independently, and work under pressure.
