Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Develop overarching digital marketing strategies for residential/commercial properties, aligning with business goals.
Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and manage paid (PPC, Social Ads) and organic campaigns (SEO, Content).
Website & UX:
Oversee project microsites/company website, ensuring optimization for user experience (UX), SEO, and lead conversion.
Content & Social Media:
Drive engaging content creation and manage social media presence, driving brand awareness and community engagement.
Data & Analytics:
Track KPIs (CPA, CPC, ROI), analyze campaign performance, and report findings to leadership.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists (SEO, SEM, Content, Social).
Market & Trend Analysis:
Stay current on real estate market trends, digital innovations, and competitor activities.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to integrate digital efforts.
