to streamline operations and support business growth.
Position Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for
complete operations management

administration

team supervision

business development support

to the management.
Key Responsibilities1? Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of all units
Coordinate with production, packaging
Ensure timely production planning & dispatches
Monitor quality, stock levels, raw material usage, and wastage
Implement SOPs and ensure smooth workflow without delays
2? Administration
Handle office administration, discipline, attendance & daily staff coordination
Ensure documentation, filing, and compliance are maintained properly
Vendor, transporter, and service provider coordination
Ensure maintenance of machinery, equipment & factory premises
3? Team Management
Lead, supervise & motivate all team members
Ensure proper delegation of work and task completion
Conduct training, feedback, and performance monitoring
Resolve team-related issues and maintain a professional environment
4? Reporting (MOST IMPORTANT)
Prepare
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports
for management
MIS reports for production, sales, purchases, stock & expenses
Clear communication of issues, progress & pending tasks
Follow-up with all departments and maintain transparency
Provide timely updates to the Directors without delay
5? Communication & Coordination
Communicate with suppliers, transporters, clients, and internal teams
Ensure smooth coordination between departments
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Represent the company in meetings when required
6? Business Growth & Support
Assist management in planning new strategies & expansion
Identify process improvements to increase productivity
Support sales and marketing activities when needed
Help reduce cost leakages and improve operational efficiency
Required Skills
Strong leadership & team handling ability
Excellent communication & reporting skills
Good command of MS Excel, documentation & office management
Understanding of production & supply chain in food industry
Problem-solving attitude with accountability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High discipline, ownership & professionalism
Qualifications
Graduate / MBA preferred
5-10+ years of experience
in operations or general management
Experience in
manufacturing/food industry
will be a strong advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
