Role Summary and Impact:
We are currently looking for a General Manager - Content to join us. As part of the largest media agency in India, you'll have the opportunity to leverage the scale that comes with the job.
The General Manager - Content will own end-to-end content strategy, creator ecosystem management, and platform-first storytelling across the Coca-Cola portfolio. This role drives the brand's cultural presence through high-quality content, data-led decisioning, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The Lead will orchestrate content workflows, scale influencer programs, and embed new age tech and tools to elevate efficiency and creativity.
Key Responsibilities * Content Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and lead platform-first content strategy across Always-On, campaigns, seasonal bursts, and cultural moments.
  • Translate brand objectives into high-impact creative ideas tailored for reels, shorts, influencers, and emerging formats.
  • Own quality, consistency, and cultural relevance of all content produced across the ecosystem.
  • Influencer & Creator Ecosystem Management
  • Build, manage, and scale a robust influencer network-macro, micro, creators, and niche communities.
  • Oversee creator selection, briefing, negotiation, workflow management, and performance measurement.
  • Drive innovation in creator partnerships (formats, collabs, trends, IRL x digital integrations).
  • Tech Integration & New-Age Tools
  • Lead adoption of cutting-edge tech solutions-AI-driven content tools, workflow automation platforms, creator analytics dashboards, and real-time optimization solutions.
  • Pilot new content tech such as social listening intelligence, content scoring tools, predictive trend spotting, and creator matching engines.
  • Ensure the content ecosystem is continuously upgraded with modern capabilities to improve speed, efficiency, and creative output.
  • Content Operations & Governance
  • Manage high-volume content workflows across agencies, production partners, and internal teams.
  • Establish strong governance across approvals, compliance, usage rights, creator contracts, and platform best practices.
  • Ensure rapid turnaround on real-time content and agile response to cultural triggers.
  • Upskilling & Future-Readiness
  • Continuously upskill the team on platform trends, new formats, creator economy advancements, and emerging content behaviors.
  • Build capability frameworks and training modules to keep the content team ahead of industry trends.
  • Stay plugged into global best practices and translate them into category-relevant actions.
  • Analytics, Measurement & Performance
  • Drive content performance reviews with clear KPIs and measurement frameworks.
  • Work closely with data teams to generate insights, optimize creative formats, and improve ROI.
  • Use analytics tools to guide decisions on creator selection, content formats, posting windows, and platform strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with brand teams, media, digital, PR, e-commerce, and agencies to ensure integrated execution.
  • Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, ensuring content ladders up to brand and business goals.
Skills and Experience:
  • 14- 16 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, creator/influencer management, or social-led brand building.
  • Experience working with large-scale consumer brands, agencies, or creator-first platforms preferred.
  • Strong command of digital-first storytelling, influencer marketing, and creator ecosystem dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, formats, audience behaviors, and emerging content trends.
  • Expertise in AI content tools, workflow platforms, creator management systems, and data-led optimization.
  • Ability to lead high-volume, fast-paced content operations with precision and quality control.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
