We are hiring an experienced

General Manager - Construction

to manage and oversee multiple construction sites simultaneously, ensuring timely project delivery, quality standards, and cost control and manage end-to-end construction activities. The role involves project planning, execution, budgeting, quality control, and team leadership for large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for

planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction sites

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and cash flow across all sites Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards Lead and mentor project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and support staff Coordinate manpower planning, material procurement, and equipment deployment Review and approve BOQs, billing, subcontractor bills, and vendor payments Implement cost control measures and value engineering initiatives Ensure compliance with safety norms, labor laws, and statutory regulations Conduct regular site reviews, audits, and progress meetings Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC, clients, and local authorities Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues across sites Monitor productivity and implement performance improvement plans Prepare and review MIS reports, progress dashboards, and presentations for management Support management in strategic planning, tender evaluation, and project expansion Ensure timely project handover, snag closure, and documentation

Qualifications & Skills

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) Minimum 15 years of experience in construction/real estate projects Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, contracts, and project management Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred
