Profile - General Manager - Construction

Qualification - B.Tech- EE, Mech / MBA / PMP - preferred

Salary - Upto 20 Lac CTC + Other Facilities- Depends on Project Location

Experience- 15-20 years, At least 5+ years in a senior management role (GM / Project Director / Operations Head). Lead and manage end-to-end construction project operations. The role involves planning, execution, cost control, team leadership, and client coordination, with strong emphasis on IT and digital skills.

Location - As per project requirement (Candidate Ready to work in Pan India)

Candidate Industry- Construction / Infrastructure / MEP

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of construction projects from planning to handover

Ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards

Lead Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams

Monitor project schedules, cost, billing, and cash flow

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Ensure HSE and statutory compliance

Prepare and review MIS, dashboards, and management reports

IT & Software Skills (Mandatory):

Advanced MS Excel

MS Project / Primavera

ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Procore / similar)

PowerPoint & digital reporting tools

Skills Required

Cost control & contract management

Tech-savvy and data-driven approach

Preferred Industry Exposure

Large construction companies

Infrastructure / High-rise buildings / Industrial / MEP projects

EPC / PMC background preferred
