JD:-

General Manager-Civil

Requirement:

1. Minimum 15-20 years of experience of Industrial and Commercial Projects.

2. Education - B.E (Civil)

3. Excellent Communication Skill

4. Proficiency in English is must

5. Complete Knowledge of Autocad, MS office and all related software.

Duties :

1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within Budget with all required certification

3. Ensure all resource availability and allocation

4. Develop a detail project plan to monitor and track progress of each project

5. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

6. Meet Budgetary Objective and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

7. Should have sound expertise in planning, execution and supervision of construction activities

The candidate should have good experience on below work profile.

(a) experience of successful execution of large Infrastructure and Building Projects

(b) knowledge of prevailing construction techniques, material, equipment etc

(c) resourcefulness as regards mobilizing labour agencies,

(d) knowledge of labour laws,

(e) awareness for speed, quality and safety at construction site,

(f) experience of correspondence, report preparation, billing, meetings with clients, testing procedures, liasioning etc .

(g) The candidate should be able to handle few projects single handedly.

Technical Qualification: B. E. civil/ Diploma Civil

HQ : Ahmedabad

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
