About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

General Manager / Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

with a strong background in

Pre-Engineered Building (PEB)

construction. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee all technical and operational aspects of projects, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end project management of PEB construction projects. Lead technical teams in design, fabrication, erection, and quality assurance. Develop and implement strategies for cost optimization and operational efficiency. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Supervise project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Mentor and develop engineering and project management teams. Report directly to top management on project progress and technical performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering. Minimum

16 years of experience

in the

construction industry

, primarily in

PEB projects

. Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale construction operations. Strong technical knowledge of PEB systems, structural design, and fabrication processes. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines.
