Location: [Chennai, Tamil Nadu] Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the entire facility, including kitchen, and any associated services. Implement and enforce standardized operating procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain quality standards. Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed. Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of front-of-house staff.
