We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the General Manager. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Location: [Chennai, Tamil Nadu] Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the entire facility, including kitchen, and any associated services. Implement and enforce standardized operating procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain quality standards. Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed. Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of front-of-house staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Monitor Partner Kitchens Customer Service and Quality Assurance: Uphold and enhance the company\'s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Monitor and maintain quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service. Address customer feedback promptly and implement improvements when necessary. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards. Oversee and implement necessary training programs for staff to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a General Manager in the food industry. Strong understanding of food industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Creative problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
