Financial Planning and Strategy: Need to develops and oversees the company's financial plans and strategies, ensuring they align with overall organizational goals.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Complete responsible for creating and managing the company's budget, as well as forecasting future financial performance.
Financial Risk Management: Need to identifies and mitigates potential financial risks, ensuring the company's long-term financial stability.
Cash Flow Management: Has to develop cash flow model and need to manage the company's cash flow, ensuring there are sufficient funds to meet financial obligations.
Financial Reporting and Compliance: Has to ensures that the company's financial reports are accurate, comprehensive, and submitted on time, complying with all relevant regulations.
Cost Control and Profitability Management: Need to monitor and control costs to ensure the company's profitability.
Investment and Capital Allocation: Need to advises on investment opportunities and capital allocation, ensuring the company's resources are used effectively.
Mergers and Acquisitions: has to play a key role in advising on and managing mergers and acquisitions, starting new business verticals, and Business expansion.
Investor Relations: Need to communicates with investors and the financial community, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Team Leadership: Has to manage manages a team of finance and accounting professionals, including controllers, analysts, and accountants.
Regulatory Compliance: Need to ensures the company complies with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Day to DAY accounting and Book Keeping: Complete responsible for maintaining Day to day accounting books updated as per Indian accounting standards, manage the team to follow best accounting practises, and finalise the books of the previous month on 5th of every month.
