What you\'ll doRole title: General Manager - Business transformation & Automation
Location: Pune/Bengaluru/Ahmedabad
Reports to: VP - Reengineering Intelligent OperationsRole purpose:

  • Working as a senior member for the Opco, the role is responsible for leading the business change for digital transformation; defining the adoption of automation and AI to drive innovative technical delivery processes utilizing agile ways of working.
  • It will develop change programmes which mobilize cross-function teams and establish target operating models, develop business cases and track efficiency realisation for automation and AI initiatives.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Lead and manage Digital Transformation - Cross Functional Teams. Drive Transformation Strategy aligned with Organisation Vision
  • Accountable for developing tools, automation and AI adoption plans to fundamentally change the service delivery model within for Opco Enterprise.
  • Lead business design and change management across multiple functions in Technology, Customer Operations, Enterprise Product, Group Enterprise Technology & Service Operations.
  • Accountable for the detailed definition of programme requirements and benefits case, tracking specific change and performance KPIs.
  • Accountable for definition of the Vector to-be process design, target operating model, and process implementation across the in-scope business functions.
  • Develops and manages Budgets and plans to execute.
Who you areCore competencies, knowledge, and experience:
  • Delivery focused, with 15-20 years experience of implementing innovation and demonstrable knowledge of leading-edge technologies within automation tools, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Experience and knowledge of complex multi-function change management, change management methodologies, standards & principles, and tools.
  • Impact and results focused, comfortable in questioning the status-quo to drive positive high impact change programs.
  • Senior leadership experience in complex stakeholder and matrix environment. Group and market experience is essential, with excellent communication and active listening skills, able to articulate complex change to a wide audience including end users and senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, an aptitude towards problem solving, and at least 10 years\' experience of delivering business change in large transformation programmes.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
  • Techno Functional Expertise and Experience
  • Advanced technical understanding of automation tools, machine learning and AI.
