Key Deliverables / Accountabilities Achieve and execute rapidly the financial growth goals and aspirations of the company
Selling, achieving maximum profitability, and making full use of available resources, growing the top line as well as bottom line.
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, production, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives.
Building relations and creating a winning and willing team, resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently to the mutual benefit of those involved.
Setting targets, assist, monitor, performance growth of every department and individual of the organisation while achieving your own goals.
Build ERP / IT infrastructure and a data driven system, maintain MIS, data. Implement quality systems.
Coordinate and build cooperation with and within internal departments / outside agencies to ensure business objectives are comfortably met. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 950,000.00 - 955,000.00 per month Benefits:
