Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud services, etc.).
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with technical teams to present solutions tailored to client requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
Participate in technology events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
