for Geologist/General Manager Category Candidates should have over all 10+ years of experience The candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in Quartz and 5 years experience in Granite... He should have proper field knowledge and must in a position to do over all Quality Control Management in the site. He should have Liaison skills able to deal with all the Government departments including Mines and Geology, Revenue and any other local problems may also be handled independently... Attention to detail, for things like analyzing samples and producing geological maps. Good teamwork skills to work with people like Geochemists, Geophysicists, Engineers and Geologists with different specialist knowledge from your own. He should have adequate computer skills to deal with all the websites of Government... And also should process the skills of Auto Cad, Map info etc... Good Scientific and Technical Skills Good Observation Skils Strong communication and written skills Good Methodical approach , including problem solving Should capable of guiding any new mines acquires with is technical expertise The person should be willing to travel and should work where ever he is placed... Good communication and Writing skills are must to make all sorts of correspondence.. Leadership qualities to Monitor team, Liaison with Government authorities and field peoples
