Role Overview
We are looking for a
General Manager - B2B Healthcare
to lead our business development, sales, and operations teams. The GM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring successful execution of healthcare solutions for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B healthcare business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, corporate healthcare providers, and partners.
Lead sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and recommend actionable strategies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with corporate clients.
Monitor business performance, KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and corporate governance standards.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to optimize service offerings.
Requirements
MBA or equivalent in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or healthcare operations (startup experience preferred).
Proven track record of managing and scaling B2B healthcare business.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, corporate healthcare, and hospital operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.
