Job Description


Ensure growth and oversee achievement of regional targets, profitability and continued viability of the service line. Ensure a healthy pipeline of solid leads through various Business development programs. Accountable in getting the team to perform regular and effective Business Development to identify prospective clients who require Industrial & Logisticsspace and seek appointments to identify suitable properties with property owners who wish to dispose / lease space. Have prior hands-on experience of Account Management. Should have individual Account relationships. Manage and maintain Key Account relationships. Present offers of terms and conditions on properties and Conduct inspections for clients who were looking to buy or lease properties. Advise property owners / developers on project marketing methodologies such as sale / lease by inviting site visits or bids / auctions, direct marketing of project, advertising etc. Ensure maintenance of a database of properties with details such as photographs, floor plans, specifications, availability data, rent / sale Price, market rental values, capital values etc. Follow up with clients & landlords on contractual deliverables such as payments, handover of space etc. as agreed on scope of work. Execute annual business plans & budgets pertaining to the allotted region. Mentor and Support juniors in the team and groom them professionally to help them achieve excellence in their chosen field of occupation. Responsible for cross selling of other service lines to all clients. Plan and maintain Systems and processes for all internal and external clients. Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate 7 - 15 years\' experience in real estate development consultancy with a focus in Industrial and Logistics. Strong track record of working successfully with multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed business environment. Demonstrable leadership skills with over experience managing a team. Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges. Prior talent representation and occupier services skills in Asia are essential to be successful in this role. Out-going personality and ability to work under pressure. Strong client-facing, business network and presentation skills. Additional Information A competitive base salary and benefits structure.
