Annual marketing strategy for the asset. Oversee budgeting and financial control for marketing
activities within the centre.
Develop and implement annual marketing calendars detailing strategic and tactical initiatives
Strategize and implement customer delight programs/events/activations for the asset
Continuously review, evaluate, and prioritize marketing enhancements against business and
customer needs
Work with external agencies (Creative/PR/Branding) to deliver relevant communication across
platforms
Conceptualize, negotiate, and collaborate to deliver major or large-scale events annually
