Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple construction projects.
Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely completion of projects.
Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and site logistics efficiently.
Supervise and guide project managers, engineers, and administrative staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards.
Develop and implement business strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities for smooth project execution.
Drive tendering, estimation, and business development activities.
Prepare regular reports and performance updates for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
