Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our cafe with professionalism, vision, and operational excellence.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest experience. You will manage a team of baristas, service staff, and support personnel, fostering a positive, motivated, and cohesive work environment while recruiting, training, and developing talent.

You will maintain full financial accountability, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, labour optimisation, and profitability targets. Simultaneously, you will uphold and evolve the cafe's unique brand identity, menu integrity, and ambiance, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to exceptional quality.

The successful candidate will possess proven experience in a similar high-volume independent food and beverage environment, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both operational metrics and customer experience.
