UFLEX is a leading global flexible packaging materials and solutions company known for innovation and quality. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Export Sales vertical for key international markets including Europe, Egypt, and the Middle East.

Job Purpose:

To spearhead and drive export sales growth, develop new business channels, and strengthen relationships with existing customers in Europe, Egypt, and the Middle East. The role demands strategic planning, team leadership, and in-depth market knowledge to meet ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement export sales strategies aligned with company goals for Europe, Egypt, and Middle East markets. Manage and expand the export sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met. Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships to maximize sales revenue. Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality for export orders. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients and distributors. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies. Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs, and international trade policies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 15+ years of export sales experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in flexible packaging or related industries. Proven track record handling export markets specifically in Europe, Egypt, and the Middle East. Experience working with a manufacturing company in Noida or NCR region is essential. Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams and cross-functional coordination. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of international trade laws, export documentation, and shipping logistics. Ability to travel internationally as needed.
