Key Performance Indicators : - Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets needs to plan and strategize market coverage plans in North India market for sales revenues across key clients, relevant agency connections and PR set ups.Focus categories:- Drive key relationships for market with corporate and other clients and their agencies, with focus on developing & growing sales - Setting up go to market plans for the market, create strategies, key account management- Managing day to day challenges and closuresRequirement :- 12+ years' experience in media sales (preferably News genre), with extensive knowledge of FCT sales, with exposure to all major clients, corporate agencies, and PR agencies, should be well versed with FCT, Non FCT and event sales. - Strong Communication skills, Passionate, self-motivated and should be with strong desire to perform and achieve targets, with strong teamwork, hardworking, systematic, and planned approach- Commitment and strong work ethics, with knowledge of content sales, its working, thinking and visualizing ability and should be good team player.- Client centric approach, but equally good with agency relationships.
