Role Summary



We are looking for a senior, hands-on finance professional to take end-to-end ownership of accounts finalisation, taxation, statutory compliances, and ERP accounting controls. This is a high-trust, single-point accountability role suited for someone seeking long-term association with a growing organisation.

Qualification:



CA / MBA (Finance) or any Graduate with relevant experience.

Experience:



Minimum

15-20 years

experience in accounts, taxation & ERP-based systems Strong exposure to direct & indirect taxation Experience in mid-to-large Indian companies (services/logistics preferred) Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven High integrity, maturity, and ownership mindset Stable career history with intent for long-term commitment (5+ years).

Key Responsibilities



Monthly, quarterly, and annual

finalisation of accounts

Preparation and review of

Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements

. Handling

GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC

, tax audits, and statutory audits Ensuring

100% statutory, regulatory, and compliance adherence

Managing

tax assessments, scrutiny, and audit proceedings

Supervision, validation, and control of

ERP-based accounting entries

Identifying, analyzing, and correcting

system or entry-level discrepancies

Coordination with

auditors, consultants, banks, and tax authorities

Reviewing, mentoring, and guiding the

accounts and finance team

MIS reporting

, budgeting, and providing financial insights to management
