Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations of the cement plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Accounting Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely accounting records are maintained, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax regulations and internal controls. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Cost Control: Monitor and analyze operational costs, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior management. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
Qualifications:

Education: Professional accounting certification (CA, ICAI) Experience: 15+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 10 years in a leadership position within the manufacturing sector. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
