Job Profile
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and strategic decision-making.
Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk assessment to support business goals.
Handle audits, statutory payments, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and financial systems.
Develop and enforce finance policies and drive process improvements.
Provide timely MIS reports and financial insights for stakeholders.
Mentor and guide the finance team to build capabilities and ensure performance.
Leverage technology to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Preferred experience in manufacturing industries, with furniture manufacturing as an added advantage.
