About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in business processes (including product, marketing, and HR) to help speed up where needed, including driving various independent initiatives
2. Conduct research and analysis to support key business decisions
3. Discover new opportunities across the foundation & organize projects to resolve some of the most abstract & critical areas of our implementation approach toward teacher quality improvement
4. Create high-quality documents to represent organizational work to the public
5. Work on any other task as allocated by the Founder

Additional information-

As part of the Founder's Office team, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the Founders of Tomorrowsmith Foundation to drive high-priority initiatives that will shape the growth of the organization. This is a highly cross-functional role and will involve an open mind to bring initiatives to fruition.
