We are a healthy and handmade food startup called Natureship. We work with small-scale farmers and women in rural villages to produce chemical & pesticide-free products. All our products are processed using traditional methods such as stone-ground, hand-pounded, and hand-roasted, to ensure it is more nutritious than mill-processed varieties.

About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the founders on strategic initiatives implementation, work on the day-to-day management of activities related to sales, marketing, etc.
2. Work on SOPs formulation and implementation across departments
3. Work on strategy, consultation, and implementation
4. Ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the founders and contribute to the long-term success of the company
5. Support day to day functioning of the organisation
6. Coordinate across various departments
7. Work on the smooth functioning of the organization

Based on performance, permanent job with increased pay could be offered
