Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations to assess medical conditions and determine the need for surgery. Perform various general surgical procedures, including emergency and elective surgeries. Ensure proper preoperative and postoperative care, including patient education and follow-ups. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain detailed patient records, including diagnostic reports and surgical procedures performed. Adhere to hospital protocols, medical ethics, and best surgical practices. Stay updated with advancements in surgical techniques and technologies. Participate in hospital training, quality improvement programs, and case discussions.

Requirements:

MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery from a recognized institution. Valid medical license and board certification in General Surgery. Proven experience as a General Surgeon with a strong track record of successful procedures. Excellent manual dexterity, precision, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle emergency cases and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgical procedures. Additional specialization or fellowship training is a plus. Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare facility.
