Key Responsibilities
Assist machine operators, fabricators, welders, and technicians in daily tasks
Loading and unloading raw materials, finished goods, and tools
Material shifting within factory and work sites
Support in cutting, bending, assembly, and packing work
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the factory/work area
Follow supervisor instructions and safety guidelines
Assist during installation work at client sites, if required
Report any machine or material issues to the supervisor
Skills & Requirements
Minimum education:
No formal education required
(basic understanding preferred)
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Willingness to work overtime, if required
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Prior factory or fabrication experience will be an advantage
