Load and unload goods, materials, and equipment from trucks, containers, and storage areas
Move materials manually or using basic handling tools (trolleys, pallets, etc.)
Stack, arrange, and store materials safely in designated areas
Assist in packing, unpacking, and sorting of materials
Follow safety rules and instructions while handling heavy items
Maintain cleanliness of the work area
Support supervisors and other team members as required
Report damaged goods or unsafe conditions to the supervisor
Job Requirements:
Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if required
Prior experience in loading/unloading or general labour is an advantage (freshers welcome)
Basic understanding of workplace safety
