General In-Charge / Factory In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

Overall supervision of

factory operations & shop-floor activities

Manage

production, machine shop, maintenance, quality & dispatch

coordination Ensure daily production planning, targets & on-time delivery Handle manpower allocation, discipline & shift management Monitor machine utilization, breakdowns & corrective actions Ensure

safety, quality, 5S & statutory compliance

Coordinate with management for reports, MIS & performance review Control wastage, improve productivity & process efficiency
Eligibility:

Qualification:

Diploma / BE (Mechanical preferred)

Experience:

7-15 years in

steel forging / heavy manufacturing industry

Strong leadership & shop-floor control experience Good knowledge of production planning, quality & maintenance Basic computer & reporting skills Ability to handle pressure & take independent decisions
Salary:

?25,000 - ?40,000 per month
