The General HR professional is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports the organisation's people and culture objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Support performance appraisal and training activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR generalist functions.
Good understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
