Job Description

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, surfaces, and equipment to maintain cleanliness across all office zones. Recruiting ResourcesIndeed Clean and sanitize restrooms: sinks, mirrors, toilets, dispensers; refill essential supplies like soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels. Empty trash and recycling bins; replace bin liners and ensure proper disposal. Wipe high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, desks, keyboards, and telephones to prevent germ spread. Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas--report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, lighting problems, broken fixtures). Maintain and organize cleaning tools, and notify when supplies are low. Follow all health, safety, and hazardous chemical handling protocols. Clean and sanitize pantry countertops, sinks, cabinet exteriors, and high?touch surfaces including appliances (e.g., coffee machines, microwaves, refrigerators). Keep pantry appliances and utensils tidy, wiped down, and functioning--report any issues or needed repairs. Monitor and restock pantry consumables such as tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, disposable cups, napkins, and utensils. Manage inventory of pantry supplies--track usage, report low stock, and assist in reordering as per protocol. Empty pantry trash and recycling appropriately, clean waste disposal zones. Maintain cleanliness of refrigerator interiors: remove expired food and wipe surfaces. Ensure pantry areas are neat, presentable, and stocked to support organizational culture and morale.
