Core duties and responsibilities

Room and area cleaning

: Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Polish furniture and fixtures.

Bed and linen management

: Make beds, change linens and towels, and collect guest laundry.

Replenishing supplies

: Restock guest rooms with toiletries and supplies like soap, towels, and tissues. Ensure linen rooms are adequately stocked.

Laundry services

: Assist with washing, drying, and ironing linens as needed.

Maintenance and reporting

: Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to management promptly.

Lost and found

: Handle and turn in any guest property found during cleaning to the proper supervisor.

Guest assistance

: Respond to guest requests, such as providing extra items or information.

Safety and compliance

: Adhere to company policies, health, and safety regulations, and maintain the security and privacy of guest areas.

Equipment and supply management

: Clean, disinfect, and store cleaning equipment properly. Monitor and report the inventory of cleaning supplies.

Skills and qualifications

Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Good time management and ability to follow instructions.

Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.

Professionalism and good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and understanding of health and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
