Managing stationery and office supplies (stock check & replenishment).
Assisting visitors/clients politely and guiding them to respective departments.
Delivering documents or cheques within office premises or nearby locations.

Housekeeping & Maintenance Skills
Cleaning and maintaining office premises (floor, furniture, washrooms, pantry, etc.).
Ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained.
Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and disposing of waste.
Keeping meeting rooms and reception area neat and tidy.
Assisting in pantry management (cleaning utensils, refilling water, arranging snacks, etc.).
Reporting maintenance issues (electricity, plumbing, AC, etc.) to admin/management.

Basic communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
