The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a well-organized office environment. The role ensures that all office areas are clean, safe, and presentable at all times to support a professional workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Maintenance
Clean and maintain office floors, desks, cabins, conference rooms, reception, and common areas.
Dust furniture, fixtures, computers (externally), and office equipment.
Clean washrooms and pantry areas regularly, ensuring proper hygiene standards.
Dispose of waste daily and manage garbage segregation as per company guidelines.
Refill pantry supplies such as water, tea, coffee, and disposable items.
Office Support
Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Assist with serving tea, coffee, or water to staff and visitors when required.
Report any maintenance issues (leakage, broken furniture, electrical faults) to the Admin team.
Support office setup during events, meetings, or inspections.
Health & Safety
Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and correctly.
Follow company safety, hygiene, and cleanliness policies.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism within office premises.
Job Requirements
Minimum basic education (literate preferred).
Prior experience in office housekeeping is an advantage.
Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and hygiene practices.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
Honest, punctual, disciplined, and well-mannered.
