Job Description

Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following hotel standards.

Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities.

Check for and report any damages or maintenance issues.

Ensure the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Follow the hotel's standard operating procedures (SOPs) for room servicing.

Maintain cleanliness in hotel lobbies, corridors, elevators, and restrooms.

Regularly clean glass surfaces, carpets, and furniture.

Empty trash bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly.

Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and guest laundry as per hotel procedures.

Ensure proper handling and storage of clean and soiled linens.

Replenish housekeeping supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens.

Maintain housekeeping trolleys with necessary items before shifts.

Inform supervisors about low stock levels or additional requirements.

Follow hotel safety guidelines while using chemicals and equipment.

Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards to maintain a clean environment.

Report any safety hazards, suspicious activities, or security concerns.
