Directly oversee machine operators, assemblers, or other factory workers during shifts.
Production Management:
Ensure daily or weekly production targets are met on schedule.
Quality Control:
Monitor output to maintain quality standards and minimize defects.
Training & Mentoring:
Instruct new employees on safety procedures, machinery use, and production processes.
Safety Enforcement:
Make sure safety protocols are followed and report any hazards or incidents.
Recordkeeping:
Maintain logs of production, attendance, and equipment maintenance.
Communication:
Report to plant managers or engineers about progress, issues, or resource needs.
