General Finance Management is responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the organization including. Controlling its financial resources and ensuring that all financial transactions, systems and procedures align with regulations, accounting principles, and standards. Financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and costs control, and budgeting and forecasting. Analyzing the organization's revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position. Evaluating and recommending investments and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs. Advising management on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization

How You'll Make an Impact

Leadership & Decision-Making Planning, Forecasting & Decision Making Stakeholder Management - Cross Functional Teams Drive Cost Optimization in co-ordination with Tech counterparts Working with operations teams to improve production efficiency and reduce expenses. Coordinate with supply chain teams to guide financial decision-making. Integrity of Books & Records Drive Process Automation - Lead to efficient fin team Soft skill - handling operation fin team Participate & Supervise the Cost reduction measures

What You Bring

Experience -12-18 years in handling the finance, costing etc. activities in Supply Chain in the area of Manufacturing Hold the professional Qualification: CA/MBA/CWA. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skill Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to interpret cost data and align decisions with business goals Ability to work cross-functionally with Technical, Finance Team finance. Experience in SAP environment as well as various soft tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. would be added advantage Excellent communication skills and team member management. Drive culture of Responsibility, Accountability & Ownership.
