GDA Trainer (General Duty Assistant)

Certification Required:

TOT Certified (SSC / Approved Body

Qualification: GNM Nursing (Mandatory)

Location: Jamshedpur, JharkhandEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities

Deliver theory and practical training for the GDA (General Duty Assistant) course as per the approved curriculum. Train students in basic nursing care, including: Patient daily care and hygiene Measurement of vital signs Bed making and patient positioning Infection control and patient safety practices Conduct skill demonstrations, practical sessions, and OSCE-based training. Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and progress reports. Support SSC-aligned assessments and certification processes. Inculcate professional behavior, work ethics, and healthcare etiquette among trainees. Ensure proper use and maintenance of training lab equipment and tools. Coordinate with the Centre Manager and project team for smooth training delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong practical knowledge of nursing procedures

Valid and active TOT Certification

Effective communication and training skills Basic computer knowledge for MIS and reporting Ability to motivate, mentor, and manage students High level of discipline, responsibility, and professionalism

Eligibility Criteria

GNM Nursing qualification (mandatory)

Minimum 1-2 years of clinical or training experience (preferred)

SSC-aligned TOT Certification in GDA (mandatory)

Willingness to work at Jamshedpur

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
