DGM- Digital MarketingDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a focus on paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and performance marketing to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and engagement.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and enhance customer engagement throughout the sales funnel to grow sales pipeline and revenue closure.
Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation)
Create curated content and personalization to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
Plan & execute drip campaigns via email marketing that nurture leads and retain customers.
Creativity to design visually stunning and responsive campaigns based on deep customer insights
Set campaign objectives, metrics, and KPIs, while providing regular reporting to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Monitor, calculate & measure Customer metrics like Impressions, Conversion rates, Acquisition costs, CPL, CTR, ROAS, CLV - Create and maintain dashboards for all campaigns
Drive strong digital engagement growth including MAU (Monthly Active Users), Recurring Active Users (RAUs), Growth in Website Visits etc.
Handle special transversal projects for Brand Lauritz Knudsen
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
7-10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrable track record of success in performance marketing, email marketing, ABM, paid media analytics.
Experience of working with reputed companies, B2B experience is strongly preferred.
Expertise in leveraging Sales and Marketing automation platforms, CDP, CRM systems, and analytics tools to drive campaign effectiveness.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and proven experience in top B2B companies
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC, SFDC, CDP, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Marketo, and marketing analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization.
