The Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care and treatment to patients, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient satisfaction. The role involves diagnosing dental conditions, performing treatments, and promoting oral health awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Examine, diagnose, and treat dental conditions such as cavities, gum disease, infections, and other oral issues.
Perform dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, scaling, polishing, and prosthetic fittings.
Take and interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic images.
Develop treatment plans and discuss options and costs with patients.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment histories.
Follow proper sterilization and infection control protocols.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care.
Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff for smooth clinic operations.
Stay updated with advances in dental technology and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the Dental Council of India (DCI).
Minimum 6 years of clinical experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions).
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and patient management abilities.
