We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist or Specialist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of dental care and excellent patient communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of oral diseases.
Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings.
If a specialist, perform advanced treatments in your field of expertise.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Create detailed treatment plans and discuss options with patients.
Stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies.
Ensure the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.
Maintain accurate patient records and case histories.
Collaborate with other dental care professionals in the clinic.
Uphold the clinic's standards for excellent patient care and service.
Requirements:
Qualification: BDS / MDS from a recognized institution.
Valid dental license to practice.
Proven experience as a general dentist or specialist (atleast 2 years).
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
Ability to handle multiple patients and provide personalized care.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred:
Specialization in pedodontics, periodontics, oral surgery.
Experience in a multi-specialty dental environment.
Compensation:
