About the internship
BetterWay treats chronic lifestyle disorders using evidence-based Ayurved technology. BetterWay has multi-specialty Ayurved OPD care centers with expert Doctors and Paramedics.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Speak with patients or wards to understand their chief complaints and match them with the appropriate specialist at BetterWay Multispeciality Ayurved. Assist with appointment booking and center visits.
2. Visit users exploring BetterWay for the first time, especially those with chronic health disorders. Provide empathetic reassurance, expert analysis, and understanding of their issues. Validate BetterWay\'s experience in treating such cases and counsel on the doctors\' treatment approaches, including their benefits, possibilities, and limitations.
3. Engage with users, build confidence in their choices, and encourage them to visit our healthcare centers. Ensure they are informed and committed to following through with the treatment.
4. Maintain real-time responsiveness and immediate connection with users. Develop a basic understanding of various ailments/disorders and their treatment approaches.
5. Conduct engagements primarily through calls, WhatsApp, and video calls.

Other requirements
1. The mindset of an owner with a passion for building something from the ground up, ideally as a founding team member.
2. First principle problem solver with enthusiasm for technology, digital products, and healthcare.
3. Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients to support sales initiatives.
4. Bachelors or Master\'s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry exposure.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
